airBaltic Unveils 2025 Summer Plans: Seven New Routes from Vilnius Airport

The Latvian airline airBaltic announces its plans for the upcoming 2025 summer season, introducing seven new regular routes from Vilnius Airport. Starting next summer, the following new destinations will be launched from the capital’s airport: Chișinău (Moldova), Ibiza (Spain), Prague (Czech Republic), Rhodes (Greece), Tel Aviv (Israel), Tirana (Albania), and Valencia (Spain).

“By launching seven new routes – the most we have ever introduced in a single season in Vilnius – we continue to demonstrate our commitment to providing the best connectivity and strengthening our position as the leading and most favored airline in Lithuania and the Baltic States. In addition, to meet the growing demand on existing routes, we have increased the frequency of flights on four direct routes from Vilnius, giving our customers even more travel options,” said Martin Gauss, President and CEO of airBaltic.

airBaltic also announced plans to increase flight frequencies on four routes from Vilnius – Malaga, Paris, Munich, and Tallinn.

“We are very pleased that airBaltic has made a strategically important decision to continue its expansion in Lithuanian airports next year, starting from the beginning of the summer season. This includes not only an additional aircraft permanently based here, new routes, but also an improvement in the quality of connectivity – more frequent flights on existing routes and added convenience for passengers. It is particularly important that we will have daily flights to Munich, Paris Charles de Gaulle, and Tallinn airports. We clearly see that airBaltic could become the second-largest airline in Lithuania’s airport network in terms of passengers served as early as next year, which would be a great achievement for both the airline and us in building long-term partnerships and improving Lithuania’s overall connectivity,” said Simonas Bartkus, CEO of Lithuanian Airports.
