Support Policy

According to the official AB Lithuanian Airports Support Policy and Support Provision Rules, support may be provided to projects and initiatives related to the Company’s activities. In exceptional cases, support may also be granted for humanitarian purposes arising from war, armed conflicts, epidemics, famine, natural disasters, or other crises, to mitigate their consequences.

Assessment criteria

When assessing the suitability of a project or initiative for funding, the following are taken into account:

Compliance with the Company’s supported directions and requirements;
Transparency and openness of activities;
Justification of the desired results;
The sustainable value and benefit created for society;
The applicant’s reputation.

Restrictions on the allocation and use of donations

Support is not provided and cannot be used for:

For the financing of political parties or campaigns;
To cover debts for political campaigns;
To funds and institutions established by individuals holding political trust or related persons;
To shareholders and legal entities related to them;
To applicants whose activities or goals are incompatible with the values and objectives of the Company;
To applicants who have breached previous support agreements;
To applicants whose support agreement was terminated in the past 3 years due to significant violations;
To legal entities registered for less than 1 year, and individuals who do not meet the requirements.

Submitting grant applications

Individuals or organizations wishing to apply for support must complete the application form for support (Annex No. 1), which is published on this page, and submit it by email to [email protected].

Separate calls for applications are not organized. All received applications are evaluated according to the general procedure, at least once a quarter.

Grant recipient – Public Institution “Buy a Jeep for Ukraine”

Purpose of the support – to transfer vehicles no longer used in the Company’s operations to a legal entity operating in Lithuania that holds beneficiary status and organizes their final transfer to the Ukrainian armed forces, thereby contributing to mitigating the effects of the war and providing support.

Object of the donation: a KRAZ-255B truck (1979) and a Mitsubishi L200 off-road vehicle (2006)

Donation period: The object of the donation was transferred to the beneficiary on March 9, 2026.
