Lessor: JSC Lithuanian Airports (hereinafter – LTOU), legal entity code 120864074, address Rodūnios kelias 10a, LT-02189 Vilnius.
Rental object: Non-residential premises located on the Aerostation operated by LTOU (the Lessor), the intended use of which is transport, address Rodūnios kel. 2, Vilnius, Lithuania (Departure terminal T2/T3), unique No. 4400-1477-7727:2437, marked on the plan with the indexes (current plan): 3-50, 3-51, 3-52, 3-53, 3-54, 3-55, 3-56, 3-57, 3-58, 3-59, 3-60, 3-61, 3-62, 3-63, 3-64, 3-65, 3-142, 3-163, 3-165, 3-170, 3-171, 3-172, 3-173, and with following indexes on the reconstruction project: 3-104, 3-106, 3-108, 3-117, 3-118, 3-119, 3-120, 3-121, 3-122, 3-123, 3-124, 3-125.1, 3-125.2, 3-125.3, preliminary total area of which is 766.9 sq.m. (hereinafter – Premises);
Rental period: 8 years.
Rental fee and payment procedure: The methodology for calculating and submitting the rental fee proposal is defined in the annexes of the tender announcement (Annex 2, Annex 11, and others). The rental fee proposed by the participant who wins the tender and signs the lease agreement will be recalculated as specified in the draft Lease Agreement (Annex 2).
Property inspection and submission of questions related to the public tender: Interested parties can inspect the Premises no later than May 10, 2025, during working hours (from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM) by contacting via email . Questions can only be submitted in writing and will be published together with the tender documentation.
Registration for the tender: Participants are registered and envelopes with applications are accepted no earlier than May 26, 2025, at 10:00 AM and no later than June 13, 2025, at 3:00 PM at the address: Rodūnios kelias 10A, LT-02189 Vilnius, to the administration specialists (contacts: tel. +370 5 273 9326, email ). Before arriving to register as a tender participant, the participant must transfer an initial deposit of 115,000.00 EUR (one hundred fifteen thousand euros) including VAT to the LTOU account. Instructions for submitting documents: When submitting tender documents by delivering them to authorized LTOU persons, the following must be provided:
If the tender documents are sent by mail, the above-described sealed competition envelope and proof of the initial deposit must be placed in an additional envelope and sent as a regular letter/package. Only those applications sent by mail that are delivered to authorized LTOU persons by the end of the application acceptance period are registered for the tender.
