We strive to ensure that the Company\u2019s activities and conduct meet the highest standards of trust, integrity, transparency and ethics accepted in society. We have also established principles and rules for the prevention, management and control of foreign bribery to ensure that the Company and the persons associated with it do not breach the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, international obligations or recognized best anti-corruption practices. We have zero tolerance for any form of corruption, improper benefits or attempts to influence decisions through gifts, promises or any other advantage \u2013 whether in Lithuania or abroad. All employees comply with ethics and conflict-of-interest rules, declare their private interests, refuse gifts that may raise concerns, and can safely report potential violations through internal channels.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nOn disclosure, we take an open approach \u2013 we aim to ensure that information about our activities, corruption prevention, whistleblower protection, gifts policy and sustainability is not only accessible but also understandable to everyone.
