The Board does so based on remuneration market research data and the procedures set out in subparagraphs 1.1\u20131.6 of Resolution No. 1341 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 23 August 2002, \u201cOn the remuneration of managers of state-owned enterprises\u201d, which regulates the setting of remuneration for executives of state-owned companies.
